How to Become a Vendor at Road to California
Requirements to be considered:
- All Road to California vendors must carry quilt related products
- All products and fabrics shall be sold at suggested retail price
- Each vendor is allowed one (1) show special or sale per show
- No rolled carts shall be allowed on the Exhibit floor during show hours; rolled carts or luggage will not be sold by vendors
- No more than one manufacturers rep of any branded longarm or domestic sewing machines, associated frames, and other branded equipment
If we can include you in our show, you will be mailed a contract as soon as it is available. Otherwise we will add you to the waiting list. We will keep your application on file for three years so you do not need to reapply every year. Space is limited on the show floor. When an opening occurs our decision in choosing a new vendor is based on the service/product sold. It is very important to tell us what makes you unique and different. Please indicate if you can be ready at the last minute should a cancellation occur.
“Extra Mile” Booths
Each year, Road recognizes two (2) vendors that go the 'Extra Mile' to showcase their booth. The booths are presented with a special ribbon that they display with great pride (bragging rights). The 2009 winners were 'Dutch Quilter' and a brand new vendor 'Bonnie Blue Quilts.'
