More information about this\nexciting addition to this fun contest will be coming soon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Official Charter Bus Tour Trip Form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to qualify for these charter bus tour trip perks, an official Road to California Bus Trip Form must be completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A deadline\nof January 3, 2020 has been imposed if your group would like to receive their\nRoad to California tickets before the show. If a group can\u2019t meet that\ndeadline, Road will mail a letter, map and window sign for the bus window. At\nthe Show, Road\u2019s <em>Bus Greeting Hostess<\/em> will have the tickets requested on\nthe form. Acceptable forms of payment when arriving at the show are correct\nchange\/cash or check only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need\nhelp filling your bus from your area of departure, Road can assist you by\nadvertising your trip on our website.
