We solved that problem years ago. Founder, Carolyn Reese, arranged with the Convention Center for added benefits of having some of the men\u2019s restrooms accessible for women. When you visit one of these specially accommodating restrooms, a pleasant surprise awaits you<\/em>, courtesy of Carolyn\u2019s creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We understand that some of our guests have mobility issues, so as some added benefits, we have arranged for scooter and wheelchair <\/strong>rentals. One Stop Mobility<\/em> <\/a>will again be offering equipment rentals for show guests and are located at the south-east entrance of the Convention Center, in front of Room 107A. Items for rent include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n Scooters: $60\/day \u2013 Pre-Bookings or\n$65\/day \u2013 At the Booth<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wheelchairs: Starting at $25\/day\n(4-day rate)*<\/p>\n\n\n\n Power Wheelchairs: Starting at\n$48\/day (4-day rate)*<\/p>\n\n\n\n Equipment Protection Plan: $10\/day or\n$5\/multiple day <\/p>\n\n\n\n *The price\nquoted is for a standard unit. They are only welcome\nto take class supplies to and from vehicles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Strollers<\/strong> are only allowed on the Show Floor\non Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The safety\nand security of our guests is our highest priority. For the past eight years,\nRoad to California has hired special security detail<\/strong> to walk the show\nfloor and hallways, scrutinizing body movements and behavior as they watch out\nfor shoplifters and employees stealing from their employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To further ensure\nguest safety, the Convention Center hires a private ambulance service<\/strong>. They\nare located at four stations in the Convention Center: under the stairs in the\nSouth Lobby; in the Pavilion Tent; in the Main Hallway and in the North Lobby. The\nmedics can help with any kind of medical emergency before, during and after the\nshow each day. Should a medical situation arise, medics advise that you \u201craise\nyour hand for help\u201d and someone will come to your aid.
